23rd November 1963 - John Kilbride Disappears


16th June 1964 - Keith Bennett Disappears


26th December 1964 - Lesley Ann Downey Disappears


6th October 1965 - Edward Evans is murdered by Brady, which is witnessed by David Smith


7th October 1965 - Brady is arrested for the murder of Edward Evans


10th October 1965 - Lesley Ann Downey's body found


18th October 1965 - John Kilbride's body found


28th October 1965 - Brady and Hindley charged with murder of Lesley Ann Downey


19th April 1966 - Brady and Hindley's trial begins


6th May 1966 - Moors Murderers jailed for life


20th November 1986 - Police renew hunt for Moors victims


2nd July 1987 - Brady to help search for Moors victims


4th August 1987 - Moors murderer claims more killings


30th September 1999 - Brady begins hunger strike at Ashworth high security institution


30th March 2000 - The House of Lords reject Hindley's appeal for early release


15th November 2002 - Hindley dies in prison after a chest infection. Aged 60.
